in accordance with the regulations of Art. 13 D. Legislative Decree. 30/06/2003 n. 196, we provide you with the following information about the processing of your personal data, which were given to Mieva s.a.s., in order to provide you with the requested services.
Furthermore we inform you that the data are processed in accordance with the D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196 and the secrecy obligations there stated.

1) Purposes and methods of personal data processing;
 The personal data  you provided in requesting the services of Mieva s.a.s., or collected subsequently during use of such services, shall be handled for the following purposes: 
providing general information;
providing with information concerning the availability of the facilities selected by the users; 
•	Sending the annual resort catalogue on specific request.
•	Sending the newsletter on specific request;
The collected data are those necessary to accomplish the a.m. purposes.
The data is processed by using electronic instruments and paper means, in accordance with the regulations stated in D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196.

Data communication 

The data can be used by the data Responsable and by the office employees of Mieva s.a.s. , to accomplish the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data processing and have been instructed accordingly; furthermore they operate under the direct supervision and authority of the “Data Responsible”.

The data can be transferred to:

• single facilities that the user may chose to contact and provide directly the requested information; 
• the company that is in charge of sending the catalogue;
• the service provider.

To those entities, Mieva s.a.s. transfers as well the a.m. purposes and methods of data processing. 

Data divulgation

No form of divulgation of the data is envisaged.

Conservation of the data
Data is kept for such time as is necessary to perform the tasks indicated. In compliance with applicable regulations and in accordance with D.Lgs 196/03 regulations and subsequent amendements thereof, the data concerning the automated flow (data concerning the location and the internet connection - c.d. log in file) are stored, as stated in art. 123 of the a.m. D.Lgs 196/03 and its subsequent amendements.

Use of cookies

The Mieva s.a.s. uses cookies in some parts of the portal for the sole purpose of keeping track of the session to distinguish new visitors from the usual ones and improve the use of the site.

Denial or withdrawal to process data

Providing your data is an obligation to reach the a.m. purposes; the lack of, the partial or incorrect consent or the withdrawal of the consent to process your data, could lead to the impossibility to supply the services you requested.

Users' Rights 


Users may exercise in relation to the processing of his/her own personal data, the rights provided in. 7 D. Lgs. 196/03, which for convenience we quote below:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible format. 
2. The interested party has the right to obtain an indication of: 
a) the origin of the personal data; 
b) of the processing  purposes and methods; 
c) the process applied in the event of processing carried out with the assistance  of electronic instruments; 
d) the identification details of the controller, the managers and the designate representative within Italy, where applicable; 
e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data can be communicated or who may be aware of it  as designate representative within Italy, managers or appointed parties. 
3) The interested party has the right to obtain: 
a) the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data; 
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous format or blocking of data processe in violation of the law, including any it is not necessary to keep in relation of the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; 
c) certification stating that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been made  notified, also in terms of their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or divulged, except the case in which such fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of equipment/methods out of proportion with respect to the protected right.
4) The interested party has the right to exercise opposition fully or partially: 
a) to the processing of the personal data concerning him_/her, for legitimate reasons, even if it is pertinent to the pursue of the collection ; 
b) to the processing of  the personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications. 
The exercise of the rights referred to above may be exercised directly or by giving, in written form, delegate or proxy to individuals or organizations. 


Users may exercise their rights, get information about the management of their personal information adressing to the Responsible of the data processing by sending the request (email, letter or other) to Mieva s.a.s. adress, reported in the section about us .
The Mieva s.a.s., is committed  not use personal data reported as inaccurate, as long as the inaccuracy was not corrected.
