For booking confirmation are required a 30% as DEPOSIT, on the total stay ammount. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit required will do not be availability in our bank account 15 days from the booking.

The payment, once received, automatically confirms the reservation and requires the tenant to accept the rental general rules and conditions.

In case of cancellation of the booking, will be made reference to the “payment terms and cancellation conditions” indicated in the confirmation email.

In case of early departure or late arrival, the price of the entire period will be requested.

For guests who, within the period of 24 hours do not occupy the rented apartment without giving any notification, are considered as “no show”.

At arrival will be request the payment of the tourist tax and a deposit of € 200,00 in cash, for any damage possibility.

The deposit will be returned at departure after check of the flat except for breakages, or shortcomings attributable total guest.
The deposit will be kept also in case that the client leaves kitchen corner or the crockery not cleaned.


Seasonal opening:  from May to September

Check-in: apartments and parking spaces are available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Please inform the Aparthotel in case of any lateness via phone.

Check-out: apartments and parking must be left no later than 10 a.m.

Any change of the number of the persons occupying the apartment must be previously agreed with the reception.


The management reserves the right, in the event of unforeseen events, to replace it with another having the same characteristics when assigning the booked apartment. The request for a particular apartment (number, floor, orientation ecc..) will be taken into consideration without however giving the right and or garantee.

The Management is exempt from any hability for any injuries or damages to people or things that may be found inside the hotel without authorization.

Guests undertake to respect the Hotel’s internal regulation, as well as visitors and relatives.

Staff: it is authorized to enter into apartment for the dalily cleaning or for any repair and maintenance, also during guest absence.

Complaints: any complaints must be notified within 12:00 of the arrival day.

Daily cleaning: from 09:00 to 13:30. The service will be not guaranteed if the apartment will be not free in that time slot or if guests leave the key/card inserted (=occupied–do not disturb).

Rest-time: from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30 please avoid any noise that could disturb other residents.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and inside the hotel.

Swimming-pool: Pool open from 09:30 to 19:00.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS: Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome. It is not possible with a dogto book the new apartments on the second and third floors. The apartment are named Grey, Flowers, Oman, Blue, White, Yellow, Savana, Black, Orient, Oriental and Pearl.

Damage: guests are responsible for any absence or damage happened to the objects inside the apartments during their stay.

The Management is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the missed observance of this regulation.
